RESPONSABILITIES :

  • Sell new managed service agreements, on hardware and software.
  • Identify potential customers according to the direction of management.
  • Travel as needed to clients in order to develop / Initiate / Maintain relationships.
  • Participate in training events sponsored by the company.
  • Perform needs analysis, sales discovery and telecom audit on potential customers and current customers.
  • Design / present remote/in person proposals for prospects and customers, and ensure follow-up

RESPONSABILITIES :

  • Participate in the architecture, design and deployment of Microsoft Azure solutions.
  • Perform remote or on-site implementations.
  • Diagnose an infrastructure, network or software failure.
  • Monitor applications.
  • Recommend improvements to ensure the evolution of the information system according to needs.
  • Participate in follow-up meetings with the infrastructure team.
  • Document its follow-ups and keep the client informed of the progress of the various improvement projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diagnose a hardware or software failure, and identify the resources needed to resolve the problem.
  • Guide the user through the steps to resolve the problem or take control of the computer remotely.
  • Go to the customer’s site to change or repair defective elements.
  • Perform functional tests to ensure that the problem is resolved.
  • Document post resolutions in Connect Wise.
  • Transfer the escalation call to next level, if necessary.

Level 2-3 escalation ticket.

  • Provide support to users, particularly for messaging service and internal applications.
  • Follow up with users and colleagues
  • Installation of computer stations, software, network printers and other peripherals.
  • Deploy commercial software manually or automatically.
  • Development and updating of documentation of work performed, user guides and incident reports..

SKILLS: 

  • Be comfortable with oral and written communication in French and English.
  • Being able to analyze a situation objectively by asking the right questions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 7/8/10.
  • Knowledge of Windows server 2008 to 2019.
  • Networking skills (VPN, VLAN, DNS, WiFi, etc.).
  • Knowledge of VmWare and Remote app an asset.

  • Manage and monitor IT projects (50% of the time).
  • Design the technological solution proposals including products, services and labor.
  • Act as a communication bridge between sales (representatives) and technology departments.
  • Participate in the projects you have designed.
  • Complete technological ITIL analysis for clients (analysis and writing).
  • Participate in technological tables and strategic sales meetings.
  • Maintains the relationship with manufacturers.
  • Stay abreast of the industry’s new technologies.

SKILLS : 

  • Be comfortable with oral and written communication in French and English.
  • Have good abilities to analyze and listen to the technicians.
  • Excellent knowledge of: Windows 7/8/10, Remote Apps, Terminal server.
  • Good knowledge of networking (VPN, VLAN, DNS, WiFi, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server from 2003 to 2016 (Active Directory, GPO, access rights, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer and maintain computer networks.
  • Implement and migrate servers and network infrastructures.
  • Answer user calls in order to support multiple infrastructures and software.
  • Diagnose an infrastructure, network or software failure quickly.
  • Use remote outlet tools, use scripts, automation software to resolve remote issues faster.
  • Respond to customer infrastructure issues, such as Vmware, Hyper-v, Terminal Server, Remote App, GPO, Active Directory, Router, Firewall Watchguard, Cisco and Meraki.

SKILLS:

  • Cisco, Sophos, SonicWall, RSA SecureID, WireShark, TCP / IP, Ethernet, SSL, IPSec, BGP, NAT, QoS, SIP, Frame Relay, MPLS, OSPF, IPS, IDS, SNMP.
  • Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Office 365, Exchange, Domain Services, Certificate Services, Federation Services, RDS, IIS, DNS, DHCP, Defender App Guard, Azure AD, Azure VM, Azure app services Virtualization.
  • Hyper-V, VMware.
